Hello all. Hope everyone is well. I am currently writing with Nick McTaggart, who produced my first EP, "The Third Place". We are trying to get a new project going and will hopefully have some live performances coming up in the new year. In the meantime, I will be performing some upcoming acoustic shows. | Sep 5/04 - Release Date and Show at Hard Rock Cafe |
Siān Evans, "Moving Forward Means Going Back" will be released on Tuesday, September 21st. Copies will be available at all live shows, through the internet, and ALSO at HMV stores throughout Toronto.
Siān and the boys will be kicking off the beginning of fall with a show this Friday, September 10th at the Hard Rock Cafe/Club 279. The venue is above the restaurant. Come check it out!!

Siān and the band have begun recording the follow up to her 2003 release, "The Third Place". The new CD is being produced by Brampton's Greg Dawson (Moneen, The Getaway, Wheels on the Bus) and will be released independently this coming fall.

We begin pre-production next week, and will be working with Brampton's Greg Dawson (producer of Moneen, The Getaway, etc) for the month of July on this new record. Changes have been made to Siān's live schedule. The University of Toronto Winterfest show (at Cat's Eye - Victoria College) is NOT this coming Thursday, February 26th. This date has been pushed back by one or two weeks. When the date is confirmed, it will be posted immediately. The Siān Evans crew will still be playing at B-Side next Friday the 27th.

Sianevans.ca and 321 Software Design Inc. were suddenly and deliberately attacked by a malicious hacking group.
It is apparent, that this attack was planned and carried out with much precision, as it has taken the primary server known as Xeon to a dead halt.
What began as a simple defacement of all index pages to our clients has now escalated into a complete kernel panic, causing a severe loss of data on the primary hard drive.
We are currently working closely with Peer1 Networks to restore the server in a timely, secure fashion.
Thank you for your patience in this unfortunate incident.
